Brisbane Catholic Education's St Eugene College in Burpengary is seeking a Years 7–12 Head of College to join the senior leadership team. You will partner with the Principal to shape the school's mission, vision and strategic direction while sustaining a dynamic Catholic learning community.

The role focuses on nurturing Catholic identity, improving student outcomes and staff development, while overseeing change leadership and evidence‑based teaching practice in a supportive, inclusive

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in Catholic schools.
• Experience in teaching and leading religious education.
• Eligibility to work in Australia and Catholic (or faith partner) status.

Responsibilities

• Nurture the spiritual growth of staff and students by modelling Catholic ethos and Gospel values.
• Support the Principal in liaising with the school community and guiding strategic decisions.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative teaching culture and develop a high‑performance team via professional learning and feedback.
• Oversee change leadership with clear purpose and assess impact on the school community.
• Embed effective, evidence‑based teaching practices and drive continuous improvement in teaching excellence.
