The successful candidate will translate strategy into practice, lead middle leaders, and model a Christian ethos across the College, with a focus on inclusion, safety and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Commitment to Christian faith and leadership sustaining PLC’s mission.
• Ability to strengthen teaching, wellbeing and pathways across Years 7–12.
• Translate College strategy into Senior School improvement using data and student voice.
• Develop middle leaders and staff through mentoring and professional learning.
• Experience in Senior School operations, budgeting, compliance and safety.
• Build authentic relationships with adolescents, families and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Shape tone, culture and educational experience of Years 7 to 12.
• Translate strategy into a cohesive student experience balancing academics, wellbeing and learning enjoyment.
• Lead with strategy, supporting inclusive pathways and strong transitions.
• Develop colleagues, manage complex matters with care and clarity, model PLC values.
• Engage staff, families and students to foster belonging and confidence in the Senior School.
