Brisbane Catholic Education Office – Burpengary is seeking a dedicated Campus Minister to energise and enrich the religious life of the school community at St Eugene College, Burpengary. You will lead faith-based initiatives, foster spiritual development among students and staff, and help coordinate Catholic celebrations throughout the year.

Successful candidates will hold a Graduate Certificate in Religious Education (Campus Ministry) or be willing to obtain it, be Catholic, and meet

Qualifications

• Hold or be willing to complete a Graduate Certificate in Religious Education (Campus Ministry) or equivalent as recognised by BCE.
• Catholic faith required for this position.
• Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.
• Hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement.

Responsibilities

• Participating in planning religious festivals and celebrations highlighting diverse traditions.
• Providing professional learning and strategic support to enhance spiritual and theological practices within the school context.
• Developing, implementing, and evaluating formation programs and resources aligned with the school's Catholic Identity Strategy.
• Designing and facilitating faith-based programs and resources for staff, students, and community.
• Engaging and promoting the role of Campus Minister through events and ceremonies.
