Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching and developing Store Managers and their teams
• Driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance across your portfolio
• Creating consistency in service and premium customer experience
• Identifying opportunities within individual stores and taking action
• Building succession plans and developing future retail leaders
• Maintaining strong operational and visual standards
• Understanding your customer, your market and what makes each location perform
• Being visible in your stores and leading from the floor when needed
