Job summary

CYOS Solutions in Victoria seeks experienced Cloud Engineers and/or Architects with a minimum of five years’ experience to deliver ICT projects within the CIO Group for the Department of Industry, Science and Resources.

You will develop enterprise level cloud platform architectures for MS Azure and M365, provide guidance on design and build, liaise with cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with whole-of-government standards and the Digital Service Standard.

Qualifications

• Cloud-based solution implementation experience with Azure services.
• Experience working with WoG standards and secure cloud practices.
• Ability to lead and mentor dispersed teams across regions.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise level cloud platform architectures for MS Azure and M365.
• Provide impact analysis and technical guidance in design and development of project work aligned with WoG Standards.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams including business owners, scrum masters, business analysts, developers, enterprise architects & testers to produce solutions.
• Ensure architectural decisions align with the Digital Service Standard and user experience considerations.
• Promote enterprise architecture principles and drive open data/access strategies.
