Job summary

Stitch Partners in Perth's South Perth is seeking an experienced Senior Client Service Manager to support two Senior Advisers and an Associate Adviser. You will nurture day-to-day client relationships and mentor junior Client Service Managers within the team.

Your role includes acting as the main client contact, handling ongoing queries, coordinating advice implementation, and overseeing offshore workflows to ensure timely, accurate delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Planning, Advice or Wealth Management.
• Excellent client service and relationship-building skills.
• Confident managing offshore workflows and coordinating multi-adviser support.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key point of contact for clients.
• Manage ongoing client queries and requests.
• Coordinate advice implementation and documentation.
• Follow up client documentation and ensure accuracy.
• Manage workflow across offshore support team.
• Ensure work is completed on time and to standard.
• Prepare for client meetings and reviews.
