Responsibilities

• Preparing for client meetings and reviews.
• Attending client meetings alongside advisers.
• Coordinating post-meeting actions and advice implementation.
• Managing workflows and outstanding client requirements.
• Assisting with SOA and ROA preparation.
• Completing product and strategy research.
• Maintaining accurate client records and file notes in Xplan.
• Liaising with clients, product providers and external stakeholders.
• Supporting advisers to deliver high-quality advice efficiently.
