Job summary

Stitch Partners in Perth's South Perth is seeking an experienced Senior Client Service Manager to support two Senior Advisers and an Associate Adviser, nurturing day-to-day client relationships and mentoring junior Client Service Managers within the team.

You will act as the main client contact, handle ongoing queries, coordinate advice implementation, and oversee offshore workflows to ensure timely, accurate delivery across Wealth & Advisory services in WA.

Qualifications

• Experience in client service management, preferably in wealth/advisory services.
• Proven ability to mentor junior staff within a team.
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate multiple client workflows.
