Job summary

Profusion Planning is seeking an experienced Client Manager to join our growing financial advice team in Western Australia. You will build strong client relationships, manage the implementation of advice, and ensure an outstanding client experience from start to finish.

Working closely with Advisers and clients, you will liaise with product providers, insurers and superannuation funds, prepare client documentation, and coordinate annual reviews.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Client Manager, Client Services or Financial Planning Administration role.
• Strong client service and relationship management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Positive, proactive and solutions-focused attitude.
• Experience in financial planning is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of financial advice recommendations.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout their advice journey.
• Liaise with product providers, insurers and superannuation funds.
• Prepare and process client documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate annual reviews and ongoing service activities.
• Provide regular client updates and ensure outstanding service at every interaction.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and file notes.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience.
