Job summary

SwitchCo is seeking a Senior Client-Side Project Manager based in Sydney to lead complex infrastructure or maritime projects from inception to handover. You will operate with autonomy, shaping project direction, budgets and schedules while coordinating diverse teams on live sites.

The role demands 5+ years of delivering large-scale projects, strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to maintain rigorous governance across challenging environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering complex infrastructure or maritime projects.
• Experience in live/operational or high-compliance environments.
• Proven ability to lead consultants and contractors across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle project planning including feasibility, approvals, stakeholder alignment and design management.
• Provide senior leadership across consultants, contractors and stakeholders; ensure compliance on live/high-risk sites.
• Drive procurement strategy, contract negotiation, risk allocation and commercial performance.
