Job summary

Medallia, the pioneer in Experience Management, invites you to join the Professional Services team as a Client Services Senior Consultant in Sydney. You will partner with senior decision-makers to design and deliver Medallia Experience Management solutions, translating business needs into technical outcomes.

You will collect requirements, configure the platform, support QA/UAT/launch, and help clients realize measurable improvements in customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of client management experience with software.
• BA/BS degree with technical experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Collect customer requirements and create technical specifications.
• Configure the Medallia platform to meet customer requirements.
• Support QA, client UAT, and launch processes.
• Provide support in client meetings by leveraging in-depth knowledge of Medallia’s platform capabilities.
• Partner with client teams to resolve technical issues/inquiries.
