Job summary

Medallia in Australia seeks a Client Services, Senior Consultant to support the technical design and delivery of Experience Management solutions for our customers. You will deploy, configure, and document requirements, and support QA and UAT to ensure successful outcomes.

Collaborating with senior client teams, you will translate business needs into technical concepts, help launches, and build strong relationships that drive value for clients and Medallia.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience successfully managing and retaining clients while leveraging software.
• BA/BS degree with evidence of technical experience or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Collect customer requirements and create technical specifications.
• Configure the Medallia platform to meet customer requirements.
• Support QA, client UAT, and launch processes.
• Provide support in client meetings by leveraging in-depth knowledge of Medallia’s platform capabilities.
• Partner with client teams to resolve technical issues/inquiries.
