Job summary

Fiducian Financial Services in Sydney is seeking a Senior Client Service Manager to lead client and adviser workflow using Todoist and implement recommended strategies. You will coordinate reviews and meetings with existing clients and third parties.

In this role, you will manage bookings, draft and send Ongoing Service Agreements and invoices, and ensure timely sign-offs with HQ. You will maintain accurate client folders and support the advisory team to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in the financial services sector.
• Ability to manage client and adviser office workflow.
• Strong communication skills with clients and third parties.
• Proficiency with task management and CRM systems.
• Attention to detail and compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Check for new bookings and coordinate file notes with the team.
• Check emails and reply to clients and third parties as needed.
• Archive relevant email correspondence with clients and advisers.
• Review workflow program (Todoist) and update team during meetings.
• Create Todoist cards for upcoming reviews and share with the team.
• Prepare and send Ongoing Service Agreements and invoices on time.
• Send Review Packs to clients and assist them in booking meetings.
• Audit client folders and create tasks to collect documents.
• Update expired binding nominations on client accounts and perform KYC checks.
• Email prospects booking information and online form links for first consult bookings.
