Job summary

McConachie Stedman Pty is seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to join our Financial Planning team in Toowoomba. You will coordinate client services, implement advice, support advisers and ensure an exceptional client experience throughout the journey.

You will help maintain workflow efficiency, support compliance, coordinate ongoing service activities and build strong relationships with clients and product providers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client onboarding and adviser appointments.
• Prepare documentation for client meetings.
• Implement advice recommendations including superannuation, investment and insurance strategies.
• Liaise with clients, product providers, insurers and external stakeholders.
• Manage ongoing service arrangements and fee consent requirements.
• Track workflow progress through business systems.
• Maintain accurate client records and file notes within approved systems.
• Assist advisers and paraplanners with advice preparation and implementation.
• Coordinate insurance applications, underwriting requirements and claims management.
• Support compliance and quality assurance processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve client service and operational efficiency.

Job description

McConachie Stedman is seeking an experienced and motivated Client Services Manager to join our Financial Planning team in Toowoomba.

This is an important role within our advice team responsible for coordinating client services, managing advice implementation, supporting advisers and paraplanners, and ensuring an exceptional client experience throughout the advice journey.

You will play a key role in maintaining workflow efficiency, supporting compliance obligations, coordinating ongoing service activities and building strong relationships with clients and product providers.
