Job summary

Fiducian Financial Services in Sydney is seeking a Client Services Administrator to support the Platform Services team, delivering high-quality client outcomes across superannuation, investments and pensions. Your attention to detail and customer focus will help ensure accurate processing and timely responses to enquiries.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, maintain records, manage transactions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in financial services administration, investments, superannuation, or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and Office skills.
• A positive attitude and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Previous experience with investment platforms, superannuation products or managed funds will be highly regarded.
• Applicants must have the right to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Process applications, contributions, rollovers, withdrawals, and investment switches
• Administer superannuation, pension, and insurance transactions
• Process investment purchases, sales, corporate actions, and income transactions
• Maintain accurate client records and portfolio information
• Reconcile portfolios, cash balances, and investment holdings
• Manage incoming correspondence and document processing
• Respond professionally to client and adviser enquiries
• Liaise with custodians, fund managers, brokers, and other key stakeholders
• Assist with projects and continuous improvement initiatives
