Job summary

NCS Australia is seeking a Senior Client Service Manager (Testing & Quality Services) to drive growth across Testing & QA offerings. You will build relationships with senior leaders, identify whitespace, and convert opportunities into outcomes that leverage AI-assisted testing and advisory services.

The role is hunter-minded and client-facing, requiring strong pipeline development and collaboration with delivery teams to deliver technology outcomes for government and enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Proven success selling Testing, QA, Quality Engineering, Automation or related technology services.
• Strong enterprise sales and new business development capability.
• Established relationships with senior technology, testing and transformation stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business and account growth across Testing & QA services.
• Build relationships with Test, Technology, Program, Project and Transformation leaders.
• Identify whitespace and create demand across new and underpenetrated accounts.
• Sell solutions spanning test automation, non-functional testing, quality engineering and advisory.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline from prospecting through to close.
• Develop land-and-expand strategies to grow initial engagements into broader partnerships.
• Shape propositions addressing quality, delivery, technology risk and transformation.
• Partner with sales, capability and delivery teams to bring the right expertise to clients.
• Stay ahead of trends, including AI-assisted testing and AI solution assurance.
• Own commercial outcomes including revenue, margin, conversion and pipeline performance.
