Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Senior Client Partner to join the ANZ Banking & Financial Services team in Sydney. You will drive strategic growth, nurture client relationships, and position Capgemini as a leader in Business and Technology Transformation.

Based in Sydney or willing to relocate, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders, develop AI-led solutions, and lead proposals, pricing, and competitive deals while managing P&L for the assigned portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Senior Account Manager or Client Partner in IT Services, Consulting, or similar.
• Deep knowledge of Banking & Financial Services, with a focus on Retail andCommercial Banking.
• Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and driving client growth.
• Strong relationship-building andstakeholder managementskills.
• Confident communicator and presenter with executive-level influence.
• Self-driven, curious, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Skilled inproposal development andstorytelling.
• Understanding of global delivery models and methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow Capgemini’s footprint within the bank by establishing and nurturingclient relationships.
• Drive proactive sales activities to meet and exceed business objectives.
• Lead strategic planning for your focus areas, ensuring alignment with overall account goals.
• Build account intelligence to uncover and shape new opportunities.
• Develop compelling proposals, pricing, and POVs for both proactive opportunities and formalprocurement processes.
• Collaborate with Global Business Lines, delivery, and operations teams to secure and deliver on deals.
• Hold P&L responsibility for your assigned division, business area, or portfolio.
