Qualifications

• Experience in senior-level client-facing roles or account management leadership.
• Industry BFSI experience and new logo acquisition.
• Identify GenAI/Agentic AI use cases and translate to ROI narratives for CXOs.
• Knowledge of AI partner ecosystems and regulatory considerations in Financial Services.
• Engage C-level stakeholders to understand business challenges and position AI-led solutions.
• Experience with engineering, architecture, applications, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, and AI tech.
• Experience managing a business portfolio of $25 Mn+.
• End-to-end account ownership including forecasting, budgeting, and P&L.
• Strong client relationship management with GMs and CXOs.
• Global delivery model experience driving offshore collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drives acquisition of new logos with Infosys services.
• Identifies and drives large opportunities for new business.
• Managing accounts in the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance sector.
• Establishes partnerships to support client needs.
• Engages the internal Infosys teams for developing solutions.
• Be the escalation point and manage risks and issues related to accounts.
