Accenture Song | Media Australia | Melbourne is seeking a senior leader to own the performance marketing strategy and architecture across paid search, paid social, programmatic, CTV, app acquisition and CRM-led activation.

The role requires strategic judgement, deep technical credibility, and the ability to guide specialists across every biddable channel. You will lead adoption of AI-enabled optimization and governance across the performance stack.

Competenze

• 10+ years in performance marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years in Director-level leadership roles.
• Proven hands-on experience across paid search, social, programmatic, CRM activation.

Mansioni

• Own the performance marketing vision, roadmap, measurement and AI adoption.
• Connect brand and performance across the customer journey from awareness to loyalty.
• Define KPI hierarchies, attribution frameworks and budget principles.
• Set standards across paid search, social, programmatic, CTV/BVOD and partner channels.
• Govern bidding, audience, creative rotation, testing and optimisation practices.
