Job summary

STATE STREET CORPORATION seeks a Client Implementation Manager to plan, prioritize, and execute Alpha client implementations. The role requires leading large transformational programs, coordinating with senior stakeholders, and ensuring timely, budget-aligned delivery across front, middle and back office domains.

You will collaborate with the Client Implementation Executive and PMO, shaping milestones and operating models, while driving risk and governance throughout the program lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large transformational programs.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and investment management.
• Knowledge of front and middle/back office technology and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing Alpha implementation programs.
• Oversee significant elements or phases of a client implementation program.
• Plan and monitor progress, resolve issues, and initiate corrective action with relevant teams.
• Support the Client Implementation Executive to ensure on-time delivery of the program.
• Communicate guidance and decisions from Oversight and Leadership groups to the Program and Product owners.
• Support program milestone planning and sequencing of phases.
• Make decisions to manage and ensure successful delivery of the program plan.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of assigned project or product and define fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Capture business requirements and support Target Operating Model definitions.
• Assist in risk management and change control for the program.
• Ensure delivery of new capabilities within budget and governance frameworks.
• Assist the Client PMO and Executive in managing dependencies and interfaces between initiatives.
• Report progress to the Client Implementation Executive Lead and steering committees.
