Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead and grow a substantial IT services business for a large insurance client in Sydney and Melbourne. You will manage an existing portfolio and acquire new business, collaborating with senior leaders to shape strategy and client delivery in a hybrid work environment.

This role requires strong sales and relationship management skills, experience with proposals, contracts, and governance, and the ability to work across global delivery teams to drive

Qualifications

• Sales/relationship management background with IT/CS degree.
• Experience with engineering, architecture, applications, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, AI.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop proposals and SoWs with procurement, legal, and service lines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop client solutions.
• Determine optimal commercial models and provide win-price analysis.
• Lead MSAs and contract negotiations to secure favorable terms.
• Monitor revenue, payments, and prevent revenue leakage in portfolio.
• Manage governance, risk, and delivery oversight for accounts.
• Set expectations and ensure high client satisfaction.
