Pattern is looking for a Senior Account Manager in Sydney to lead 7-8 high-profile clients, shape digital growth strategies, and manage cross-functional delivery teams. You will guide channel teams with strategic direction and ensure campaigns meet timelines, budgets, and KPIs.

With 4+ years in account management in a digital or full-service setting, you’ll excel at reporting from GA, Google Ads, and Meta, presenting insights with strong commercial acumen and leadership.”

• 4+ years’ account management experience in a digital or full-service agency.
• Expertise across SEM, Social Advertising and SEO.
• Must be confident creating reports from Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta.
• Confident presenter and communicator with strong commercial acumen.
• Analytical mindset - you love connecting data to meaningful client outcomes.
• Proven ability to lead multi-channel teams and manage complex projects.

Responsibilities
