Louis Vuitton Brisbane is seeking two Senior Client Advisors to lead on-floor efforts for Men’s and Women’s Universes, mentoring peers and driving commercial impact. You will be a role model for client experience and brand representation, working closely with Management to shape priorities and customer outcomes.

As a senior retail leader, you will coach Client Advisors, own store operations, and contribute to the broader rhythm of the business.

As a Senior Client Advisor in our Brisbane store, you'll step into a pivotal role combining exceptional client experience with leadership, commercial impact and influence across the wider store.

We are seeking two talented Senior Client Advisors to join our Men's and Women's Universes, with the ambition and potential to become future leaders within Louis Vuitton.

Working closely with the Management Team, you will act as a role model on the floor, elevate performance and support the broader rhythm of the business. You'll bring your perspective, commercial awareness and leadership capability to both our clients and our team.

You'll:

• Deliver an extraordinary client experience, building meaningful and lasting relationships across a diverse client portfolio.
• Lead by example on the floor, setting the standard for client experience, selling behaviours and brand representation.
• Drive sales and profitability through strategic clienteling, commercial awareness and strong execution.
• Partner with your Team Manager on business priorities, communication and actions, contributing your perspective and feedback on the performance of the business.
• Coach and support Client Advisors, sharing your experience and helping elevate individual and team performance.
• Step confidently into higher duties, supporting key store responsibilities including opening and closing, banking and operational procedures.
• Build your leadership capability and prepare yourself for potential future progression within Louis Vuitton.

Are you the one?

We're particularly interested in experienced retail professionals ready to bring their leadership capability into the world of Louis Vuitton.

You'll bring:

• Leadership DNA: Previous experience as a Sales Manager, Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, 2IC or equivalent senior retail leader, ideally within luxury or premium retail.
• Confidence understanding KPIs, identifying business opportunities and taking action to drive performance.
• A genuine passion for building long-term relationships, developing a portfolio of high-value clients and creating exceptional experiences.
• The ability to coach, motivate and positively influence others, whether or not you currently hold direct people-management responsibility.
• Strong retail fundamentals and the confidence to take ownership of senior store responsibilities.
• The confidence to share observations, provide constructive feedback and contribute to conversations about the business and its performance.
• A desire to continue developing as a retail leader and take on greater responsibility over time.
