Job summary

Mott MacDonald in Sydney is seeking an experienced Civil Water Infrastructure Engineer to lead planning, design and delivery of major water, wastewater and recycled water projects across New South Wales. You will collaborate with the Sydney Water team and national specialists, guiding pipeline, pumping stations, storage and network work from concept through detailed design and construction support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 7–10 years' experience in Civil Water infrastructure projects.
• Experience delivering pipelines, pumping stations and water/wastewater networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver water, wastewater and recycled water infrastructure projects across NSW and Australia.
• Develop concept designs, detailed designs and technical specifications.
• Provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary water projects.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to bids and business development.
• Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge sharing within teams.
