Job summary

UGL Limited in Western Australia seeks an experienced Senior Supervisor - Civil to lead field crews on major infrastructure projects. You will supervise civil construction activities, coordinate subcontractors, manage resources, and drive safety and quality to meet schedule and budget targets.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will foster a safety-first culture, maintain stakeholder relationships, and ensure compliance with WHS legislation across the site in Rivervale.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a civil construction supervisory position.
• Proven ability to lead construction crews and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of Australian WHS legislation and construction compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and promote a strong safety-first culture across all project activities.
• Supervise and coordinate civil construction crews and subcontractors.
• Allocate resources and manage daily workfront activities to achieve project objectives.
• Monitor productivity, quality and compliance with project requirements.
• Conduct toolbox talks, pre-start meetings and site safety activities.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation and reporting.
• Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
