Job summary

UGL Limited in Western Australia seeks an experienced Senior Supervisor - Civil to lead field crews on major infrastructure projects. You will supervise civil construction activities, coordinate subcontractors, manage resources, and drive safety and quality to meet schedule and budget targets.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will foster a safety-first culture, maintain stakeholder relationships, and ensure compliance with WHS legislation across the site in Rivervale.

• Significant experience in a civil construction supervisory position.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proven civil construction leader to play a key role in the safe and successful delivery of major infrastructure projects while leading high-performing teams in the field. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision, coordination and delivery of civil construction activities. You will lead frontline teams and subcontractors, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule and to the highest quality standards.
