Job summary

Hey Amara in Adelaide, SA invites an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to join its civil construction team. You will manage 2–3 medium-sized commercial civil projects from estimating through to completion, ensuring safety, timeliness and budget control.

The role requires strong civil project management and estimating skills, with a focus on cost control, reading technical drawings and stakeholder engagement. Hybrid office/site work is offered with a competitive package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in civil construction.
• Strong civil project management and estimating experience.
• Excellent cost control and commercial knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil projects from planning through to completion.
• Prepare estimates, tenders and project proposals.
• Manage budgets, costs, cash flow and project schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and site teams.
• Manage variations, claims, EOTs and contractual requirements.
• Ensure WHS, quality and project compliance.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
