Qualifications

• Strong ability to read civil drawings, specs and design docs.
• Solid commercial acumen: cost control, forecasting and budgets.
• Broad civil construction experience with practical delivery expertise.
• Proven ability to lead crews and coordinate subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of civil projects from planning to completion.
• Develop and manage programmes, budgets, resources and delivery strategies.
• Coordinate teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers for efficient delivery.
• Manage commercial performance, cost control, forecasting and reporting.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, safety and compliance.
• Identify risks early and implement practical solutions.
