Adelaide Croatia Raiders is seeking an experienced Civil Estimator to join our Adelaide team. You will prepare estimates, take-offs, cost plans and manage subcontractor pricing across a diverse range of civil, commercial, health, education, transport and leisure projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Civil Estimator or similar.
• Experience delivering projects across civic, commercial, health, education, transport or leisure sectors.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, costs and estimating processes.

Responsibilities

• Preparing accurate estimates, quantity take-offs and cost plans.
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation.
• Managing subcontractor and supplier pricing.
• Preparing pre-qualifications, tenders and submissions.
• Working closely with Project Managers, engineers and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing accurate estimates, quantity take-offs and cost plans
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation
• Managing subcontractor and supplier pricing

About You:

• Proven experience as a Civil Estimator or similar
• Strong project experience across civil earthworks, structural concrete, commercial landscaping, reinforcement and stormwater drainage
• Experience delivering projects across civic, commercial, health, education, transport or leisure sectors
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, costs and estimating processes
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
