Job summary

ISMART Building Group in Queensland seeks a Senior Planner - Civils to develop and control the program for civil works packages, providing baselines, forecasts and timely advice on interfaces and delays.

You will work with construction teams to plan staging, sequencing and resourcing, run critical-path analyses and update progress with forecasts for the project team. Australian experience is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in civil infrastructure planning or programming.
• Experience on complex Tier 2 civil projects or higher.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 (or similar planning software).
• Strong reporting skills and ability to identify program risks.
• Able to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed civil construction programs from contracts and drawings.
• Plan staging, sequencing and resource loading of civil works with project teams.
• Run critical-path and delay analyses and flag milestone risks.
• Update progress, forecast outcomes and prepare program reports.
• Support commercial and estimating teams with time-related inputs.
