Bielby Holdings Pty Ltd is seeking an accomplished Project Manager to join our Queensland team. You’ll work in Pre Contracts initially, shaping delivery strategies for major civil infrastructure pursuits and bidding activities across SE Queensland.

Following award you’ll lead the delivery of complex projects, including FIFO/DIDO arrangements, contributing to safe, high‑quality outcomes while aligning with Bielby’s values and growth plans.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelors in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Experience as a Project Manager or senior project leadership role.
• Strong understanding of Design & Construct and collaborative contracting models.
• Experience on roads, bridges, transport or major civil infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead or support major civil infrastructure tenders and project pursuits.
• Develop project methodologies, staging plans and delivery strategies.
• Contribute to bid submissions, client presentations and tender interviews.
• Support programme development, resource planning and construction sequencing.
• Work with Engineering, Commercial and Estimating teams to develop winning solutions.
• Identify and manage project risks, opportunities and delivery challenges.
• Lead project mobilisation and transition activities following award.
• Deliver projects safely, on time, on budget and to specification.
