Bielby is seeking an accomplished Engineering Manager to join our Brisbane-based team, delivering major civil infrastructure projects from early development through delivery. You will influence bids, develop construction methodologies, and lead engineering delivery on complex programs.

With 15+ years' experience, RPEQ/CPEng, and a strong track record in road, bridge and transport projects, you will guide multidisciplinary teams and drive successful outcomes across Queensland and interstate.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• RPEQ or CPEng accreditation or equivalent.
• 15+ years delivering major civil infrastructure projects.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Experience contributing to major tenders and projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead engineering inputs into major civil tenders and pursuits.
• Develop construction methodologies, staging plans and temporary works.
• Drive constructability reviews and identify innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with estimating and commercial teams for bids.
• Assess risks and opportunities during planning and delivery.
• Review design docs and advise during tender stages.
• Participate in client workshops and tender interviews.
• Provide technical leadership across pursuit teams.
• Transition to project delivery leadership after award.
