Job summary

Bielby Holdings is seeking a Project Manager to lead major civil infrastructure delivery across Queensland. You will shape delivery strategies, lead bids or support tender development, and guide projects from inception through to completion.

Joining our growing Queensland team, you will work with Engineering, Commercial and Estimating to optimise programmes, resource plans and construction sequencing, ensuring safety, quality and commercial success across projects valued up to $200M.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Previous experience as a Project Manager, Senior Project Engineer or equivalent leadership role.
• Strong understanding of Design & Construct and collaborative contracting models.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support major civil infrastructure tenders and project pursuits.
• Develop project methodologies, staging plans and delivery strategies.
• Contribute to bid submissions, client presentations and tender interviews.
• Support programme development, resource planning and construction sequencing activities.
• Work closely with Engineering, Commercial and Estimating teams to develop winning project solutions.
• Identify and manage project risks, opportunities and delivery challenges.
• Support project mobilisation and transition activities following contract award.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams during delivery phases.
• Manage project performance across safety, programme, quality, environmental and commercial objectives.
• Maintain strong client, stakeholder and subcontractor relationships.
• Drive successful project outcomes while promoting Bielby's values and culture.
