Job summary

Bielby is seeking an accomplished Project Director to join its executive project delivery team in Australia. The role focuses initially on precontracts, tender leadership and project pursuits, with transition to full project delivery on award.

Projects are typically $300M+ civil infrastructure across South East Queensland and regional Queensland. The successful candidate will lead bids, manage risk, and drive performance from mobilisation through to completion while upholding Bielby's values.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of major civil infrastructure experience.
• Proven success delivering projects valued at $300M+.
• Demonstrated experience leading major tenders and competitive project pursuits.
• Strong understanding of Design & Construct and Alliance delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Lead major tender submissions for complex civil infrastructure projects.
• Develop winning bid strategies with estimating, engineering and commercial teams.
• Take ownership of mobilisation and delivery, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
