Qualifications

• 5+ years’ management experience on civil construction projects with a project value of $5m+.
• Proven understanding of construction with a hands-on approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Working on tenders.
• Coordinating internal and external resources.
• Preparation and submission of tenders.
• Evaluate / review tender and estimating process for cost effectiveness.
• Tender negotiations.
• Coordinate tender handover to project team.
• Prepare budgets based on tender submission.
• Assess and price contract variation orders.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants.
