Ertech Pty Ltd in Western Australia is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Estimator to join our Wangara office. You will lead the estimating and tender process, develop accurate cost plans and bid strategies for major civil projects.

This role requires a Civil Engineering degree, extensive civil construction experience, and a proven ability to manage costs, risk and stakeholder relationships to secure profitable work. You will mentor junior estimators and collaborate with key stakeholders.

Formación

• Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Extensive experience in civil construction, project engineering and project management with strong estimating expertise on projects above $50m.
• Proven track record of delivering safe, profitable projects and managing project costs effectively.
• Strong estimating, cost control, programming and tender strategy capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and engage with key stakeholders.
• Sound knowledge of construction and applicable contract law, HSEQ systems and industry best practice.
• High proficiency in Expert Estimation; MS Office, MS Project and P6 highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the estimating and tender process from initial opportunity assessment through to pricing, submission and post‑tender negotiations.
• Develop accurate, competitive and commercially sound estimates, including labour, materials, subcontractor and project costs, while identifying risks, opportunities and value‑engineering solutions.
• Develop and execute effective bid strategies with Pre-Contracts and Operations to maximise profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors to support successful tender outcomes and long‑term partnerships.
• Drive continuous improvement across estimating processes, systems and methodologies, incorporating project learnings and market trends.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to junior estimators and Quantity Schedulers, fostering collaboration, learning, safety and high performance.
