Aspect Engineering Solutions Pty is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead the cost estimation process for complex projects. The role covers tender management, pricing strategy development, and collaboration with engineering, procurement and delivery teams to ensure competitive, feasible pricing.

You will develop methodologies, pricing models and first-principles estimates across brownfield and greenfield projects, with a focus on accuracy, risk assessment and value delivery.

Formación

• Five+ years’ estimating experience in heavy construction/engineering
• Experience across design, engineering and project delivery
• First-principles build-up of man hours for structural steel, mechanical equipment, piping, E&I
• Ability to read plans and specifications and use estimating software
• Familiarity with project management platforms

Responsabilidades

• Lead estimating across tender lifecycle from RFP to submission
• Develop pricing strategies, methodologies, and pricing models
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for concept to delivery phases
• Produce robust pricing using first-principles and standard models
• Identify risks, exclusions and scope changes with clear assumptions
• Mentor junior estimators and support delivery and handover
