Transgrid in Sydney is seeking a senior civil engineering leader to provide technical governance for substation civil infrastructure. You will influence standards, assure project and asset lifecycle integrity, and guide best-practice outcomes across complex projects.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, mentor engineers, and collaborate with consultants and contractors to deliver safe, reliable, and modern civil solutions for Australia’s critical energy network.

Competenze

• Degree qualifications in Civil Engineering and CPEng accreditation are essential.
• Extensive experience in design, assurance and delivery of major civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong technical expertise in civil engineering, governance and industry standards.
• Experience leading consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex engineering outcomes.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, with an interest in innovation and digital engineering.
