Job summary

PCR Talent is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead land development projects in Canberra, staying close to design while taking greater responsibility for projects, people and client relationships.

You will work on subdivisions from 200 to 5,000 lots, coordinating roads, earthworks, stormwater and other civil infrastructure, balancing design quality with construction and commercial needs.

Qualifications

• Senior Civil Engineer with land development experience.
• Ability to lead client-focused projects and teams.
• Experience with 12D, MUSIC and DRAINS.
• Familiarity with SpaceGass is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil design and coordinate the delivery of subdivision projects.
• Contribute hands-on using 12D, MUSIC and DRAINS.
• Guide engineers and designers, providing clear direction and reviews.
• Build strong client relationships through sound advice and reliable delivery.
• Coordinate with authorities and stakeholders to keep work progressing.
• Ensure final designs are coordinated, practical and high quality.
