A senior Civil Engineer is sought for a Brisbane CBD role to lead the Land Development team on large-scale residential communities, delivering projects across SEQ with thousands of lots and complex infrastructure. You will manage design delivery, coordinate engineers and designers, liaise with councils and developers, and mentor junior staff while maintaining technical standards and project programs.

Formación

• Strong 12D capability with MUSIC and DRAINS experience preferred.
• Ability to take ownership of large projects and maintain client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Leading civil design and project delivery
• Managing multiple projects and competing deadlines
• Coordinating engineers and designers
• Reviewing designs and maintaining technical standards
• Managing project programmes and deliverables
• Working directly with developers and other key clients
• Liaising with councils, authorities and contractors
• Resolving design and construction issues
• Mentoring and developing junior engineers
• Contributing to proposals and future project opportunities
