Job summary

CompuTracts Pty Ltd (Business Name: Connect One Recruitment) in Canberra, ACT, seeks a Senior Development Manager for a 12+12 month contract with WFH flexibility (minimum 3 days in office, 2 days remote). The role leads end-to-end delivery of land and urban development projects for a Large Government organisation.

You will drive project planning, governance and stakeholder engagement, ensuring delivery aligns with budget, schedule and quality targets in a government environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in project or program delivery across complex land development, infrastructure or urban development projects.
• Strong knowledge of governance, contract management, procurement, commercial management and risk management.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex land development and urban development projects from sales through to completion.
• Provide technical, commercial and stakeholder leadership across multiple projects ensuring delivery meets budgets, time and quality targets.
• Manage governance, procurement, contracts and risk to deliver projects within government requirements.
