Job summary
Pearl Recruitment Group is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer for a boutique civil engineering consultancy in Subiaco, Perth. You will design and deliver land development projects across residential and commercial sectors, taking ownership and contributing to technical outcomes within a hands-on, collaborative team.
The role offers growth with a boutique consultancy, diverse project exposure, and a highly negotiable salary dependent on experience.
Qualifications
- Degree qualifications in Civil Engineering.
- Approximately 5+ years of experience in civil engineering, ideally within land development projects.
- Experience across residential and/or commercial civil infrastructure projects.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- A passionate, motivated and ambitious approach, with a genuine desire to develop professionally and grow with the business.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver a diverse range of land development projects, predominantly across residential and commercial sectors.
- Take ownership of projects, contribute to technical outcomes and actively participate in day-to-day operations of the business.
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
