Job summary

Pearl Recruitment Group represents a growing boutique Civil Engineering Consultancy based in Subiaco, Perth. They are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Designer to produce civil designs and documentation across a varied portfolio of land development projects, from concept through to construction.

You will work with the engineering team, contributing design solutions and enjoying autonomy in a small, hands-on environment with clear opportunities to advance as the business grows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of civil design experience, preferably in land development.
• Strong knowledge of 12d Model and detailed civil designs.
• Experience with earthworks, road design, stormwater drainage and civil infrastructure.
• Relevant qualifications in Civil Design or Civil Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Produce civil designs and documentation for land development projects across residential and commercial sectors.
• Collaborate with the engineering team and input design solutions from concept to construction.

Our client is a growing boutique Civil Engineering Consultancy based in Subiaco, specialising in land development projects throughout the Perth metropolitan area. With a team of seven, they offer a hands-on working environment where everyone plays an important role in the delivery of projects.

They are now looking for an experienced and driven Senior Civil Designer to join the team and contribute to their continued growth.

About the role:

In this position, you will be responsible for producing civil designs and documentation across a varied portfolio of land development projects, primarily within the residential and commercial sectors. You will work closely with the engineering team, having direct input into design solutions and the delivery of projects from initial concepts through to construction.

You will have the opportunity to work autonomously, build strong client relationships and further develop your technical expertise without the constraints of a large corporate environment.

About You:

• Relevant qualifications in Civil Design, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in civil design, preferably within the land development sector.
• Strong working knowledge of 12d Model, with the ability to develop detailed civil designs and documentation.
• Sound technical knowledge of earthworks, road design, stormwater drainage and associated civil infrastructure.
• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude, with a desire to continue developing your skills and contribute to a growing business.
