Job summary

Council is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our Infrastructure Planning and Design team in Sydney. You will lead planning and design across roads, drainage, stormwater, transport, open space and public domain assets, providing technical leadership and managing design consultants.

You will support project delivery, shape infrastructure solutions for the community, and mentor junior engineers in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Extensive experience in civil infra design, drainage and project delivery.
• Strong technical expertise across civil engineering projects.
• Experience managing consultants, budgets and complex outcomes.
• Eligible for Professional Engineer registration.

Salary and benefits

• $111,776 - $124,574 gross p.a. plus 12% superannuation.
