What You’ll Do

Lead Design & Strategy: Oversee and approve complex concept, preliminary, and detailed designs for major civil works, ensuring full compliance with Australian standards.

Project & Technical Leadership: Manage civil design projects from inception to completion, coordinating closely with senior leaders, clients, and local authorities.

Mentor & Develop Talent: Actively guide, mentor, and inspire cadet designers, graduate engineers, and mid-level staff to foster technical growth within the team.

Quality Assurance: Review and validate advanced 3D models and detailed construction drawings, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and safety.

What We Look For

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (with extensive industry standing)

Professional Registration: RPEQ status (or eligibility/working towards it) is highly desirable for this senior position.

Experience: minimum 8 years of proven experience successfully delivering Civil Design and infrastructure projects.

Technical Mastery: extensive expertise in bulk earthworks, road design, stormwater management, and utilities related to land development.

Software Proficiency: Microsoft office suite (word, excel and Project) and PDF editor.
