Qualifications

• Trade qualification as Chef with 3–5 years of experience.
• Own traditional uniform and knives.
• Experience in quality a la carte dining across varied styles.

Responsibilities

• Senior Chef to assist the current team in revamping the menu for the summer season.
• Bring fresh ideas and plates for specials and themed nights/weeks.
• Support across venues and help maintain high-quality dining standards.
