Job summary

Westpac Group in Sydney is seeking a Senior Change Manager for Customer Protection Services to lead strategic change across CPS, embedding change management in agile delivery and ensuring readiness and adoption outcomes.

You will partner with product owners, delivery leads, and frontline teams, aligning with the Catalyst operating model to drive benefits realization in a complex financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering change management initiatives within complex environments.
• Experience supporting business transformation, operational uplift, or automation.
• Strong change impact assessment, readiness, stakeholder engagement, and adoption planning.
• Experience in Agile, squad-based, program, or enterprise delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate change activities across CPS change initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Delivery Leads, Scrum Masters, and frontline teams to ensure readiness and adoption.
• Embed change management into squad delivery and manage dependencies across multiple streams.
