Unisys is seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead change enablement across complex transformation initiatives. You will partner with senior leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to drive adoption, minimise resistance, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities include conducting impact assessments, developing change, communications, and training plans, and embedding change in project delivery. A Baseline security clearance is required, and experience leading a small team is preferred.

• Baseline security clearance is mandatory.

We're seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager, to lead change enablement activities across critical and complex transformation initiatives.

In this role, you'll partner with senior business leaders, project teams, and key stakeholders to develop and execute change strategies that drive adoption, minimise resistance, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead organisational change activities across large-scale, complex transformation programs.
• Conduct organisational impact assessments and evaluate readiness for change.
• Identify, engage, and influence stakeholders to build commitment and support successful implementation.
• Develop and execute change, communication, engagement, and training strategies.
• Ensure change management activities are embedded within project and program delivery plans.
• Drive the development of communication materials, education resources, and adoption initiatives.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, leadership engagement sessions, and change forums.
• Monitor adoption, measure effectiveness, and recommend continuous improvement opportunities.
• Manage change risks and resistance strategies to support successful business outcomes.
• Contribute to the growth of our Global Change Practice as we evolve and expand our capabilities.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• 10+ years' experience in Organisational Change Management (OCM), transformation, or related disciplines.
• Baseline security clearance is Mandatory.
• Proven experience leading change initiatives across complex organisational environments.
• Experience leading a small team.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Experience conducting impact assessments, readiness assessments, and stakeholder analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement communication, engagement, and training plans.
• Skills in applying AI tools to OCM work, such as impact analysis, communication development, sentiment analysis, and adoption tracking.
• Flexibility and strong project management capability with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Prosci or equivalent Change Management certification is highly regarded.
