Job summary

You will drive readiness, engagement, communications and training to support the adoption of new data standards across the Victorian training sector.

This ongoing, full-time role offers flexibility with work locations in Ballarat or Melbourne and is supported by the Training Operations and Assurance branch.

Qualifications

• Experience leading change management initiatives in large programs.
• Ability to drive stakeholder engagement and communications across multiple teams.
• Knowledge of training and adoption activities to support new standards.
• Prosci or equivalent change management qualification is highly regarded.

• Lead development and delivery of change management strategies for the VDS program.
