City of Wodonga is seeking an experienced organisational change and improvement leader to drive a major reform program across Planning and Development services. You will work with Directors and subject matter experts to translate strategic recommendations into practical outcomes, shaping service delivery, customer experience and systems.

The role requires governance expertise, cross-functional leadership and a proven track record in large-scale transformation within public sector environments.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading large-scale organisational transformation.
• Ability to translate strategy into action and deliver meaningful outcomes.
• Experience in local government or other publicly accountable environments.
• Strong governance and program delivery background.

• Lead a high-profile program of organisational change and reform across Planning and Development services.
• Collaborate with Directors, managers and subject matter experts to translate recommendations into practical outcomes.
• Establish governance, set priorities and coordinate complex work programs across multiple service areas.
• Influence how Council operates and strengthen systems, processes and customer service.
